Those with a military background know what it means to earn the rank of Sergeant Major. After Kit Carson retired from the U.S. Army at that rank, he became a custom knifemaker, and began making his custom M16 s® for his former colleagues.
His M16 M models are identical in construction to the popular CRKT aluminum M16 , offering the same sure-grip contoured handles of 6061 T6 aluminum, hard anodized in Olive Drab. The stainless steel locking liners with friction grooves are also black Teflon® plated.
