Manufactured through state-of-the-art Metal Injection Molding (MIM) and hot isostatic pressing, the Offset’s blade offers two bevel geometries, hollow and flat. This provides incredibly versatile cutting power for a wide variety of situations. The net-shape MIM process produces solid metal parts that combine the design freedom of plastic injection molding with material properties similar to wrought metals. With its inherent design flexibility, MIM is capable of producing an almost limitless array of highly compex geometries – a fact the Offset takes advantage of in order to create a quality 440C stainless blade with complex, true 3-D geometry.
