A large fixed blade with a recurved blade that assists in meat cutting and skinning chores. One of our pro-staffers said they liked it because, "it feels like I can break down game or fight off a bear with the knife." Made in USA.
Staff Notes: The Benchmade Saddle Mountain Skinner series is extremely popular as a "do all" general-purpose field knife. The 4.17" blade is short enough to easily clean game with and has a medium belly for skinning. The drop point has jimping near the tip for extra control when performing detail cuts. Attractive wood (15001-2) or G-10 (15001-1) handle scales make this a knife that has a modern, yet classic feel. A lanyard hole is present for additional retention.
