How
do I use your site?
Our site is conveniently laid out according to Brands. Simply select the brand
you are interested in viewing from either the drop down menu featured at the
top of every page, or it's link on the front page of the site, and you will
be able to navigate through the available products from that brand. Certain
brands are subdivided into other categories, such as fixed blades, folding knives,
automatic knives, etc, or cross referenced for easy browsing.
Can
I search for an item?
You sure can. Simply enter the item sku, name, or keywords into the search box
found at the bottom of every page and you will be able to search the site for
any and all products that match your entry.
I don't
see (Product Name) on your site, can you get it?
We can try! Just give us a call at 1.502.671.5510 and we'll be happy
to look for it for you. Sometimes we may even have the item in stock, but it's
not on the website for a variety of reasons.
Can
I call in my order by phone?
No problem at all, call our toll free number - 1.866.289.1757 (1.866.BUY-1SKS)
, between 10AM - 6PM EST, Monday - Friday, and we'll be happy to take your
order. Please note that the toll free number is for orders only, all other calls
must be on the 1.502.671.5510 line. If you can't call between those hours, our
shopping cart is available 24 hours a day!
