I'm
using a Mac and when I go to checkout, the cart gives me a data decryption error!
This apparently is an issue with our shopping cart software and older versions
of Internet Explorer for Macintosh. We have had reports that new versions of
IE & Netscape for the Mac will work with our cart. If you cannot upgrade,
give us a call and we'll be happy to take your order by phone.
The
shopping cart opens 15 windows / tries to get me to download something!
This one took a while for us to figure out, but we tracked it down to McAffee
Antivirus users. Apparently, McAffee has a program called Download Demon
which monitors your usage, trying to speed things up for you. Unfortunately,
when interacting with our shopping cart, it mistakes the checkout process for
a file download, and will not allow you to proceed through with your order.
The solution to this is simple - go to the lower right hand portion of your computer screen, where the clock is. There is a little area there called the systray - containing icons with several programs that you have running in the background. Right-click on the Download Demon icon and disable the program. You should then be able to continue with your order.
The
Sale Price looks like it's higher than the standard price!
This is actually a problem with Internet Explorer and the Strikethrough
HTML tag, and the numbers 0 & 8. The sale price of the item is not actually
higher, but the line through the 8 makes the number look like an 0 on IE.
The
UPS Tracking Screen says it has no information on my order?
There are several possible reasons for this, including:
If several days pass and you are still unable to track your package, please give us a call and we will be happy to investigate what's happened for you.
I
didn't get a confirmation / e-mail receipt!
Chances are if this happened, then you either entered in the wrong e-mail
address, or the e-mail to you bounced and could not go through. Please call
us ASAP to confirm if your order went through.
