When your order has
shipped, you will be able to track it in "real time." It's
as simple as
- Check your email
for a "Your order has now shipped" message. If you
placed your order online and you haven't gotten this email, then your
order has not shipped yet. If you ordered by phone, and didn't give
us an email address, you won't get this message.
- Find your order
number. Email orders will find this in their confirmation email,
Phone orders should have been provided an order number at the time of
their order.
- Enter the number
in the text box indicated.
- Click on the
"Track this package" button. Your
tracking information should show up within seconds.
Orders will begin tracking after 7PM EST on the day that they are shipped.
If there is a problem displaying your information, please read below.
About our Tracking System

- If your tracking
information did not show up or it stated "Unable to track
shipment "XXXX" -
- Your order
may not have shipped yet. Orders placed over the weekend will
not ship until the following Monday at the earliest.
- One or more
of the items you ordered may have been out of stock.
- If, after three
or more business days, your order still has not shown up in our
tracking system, please feel free to call us at 1.502.671.5510
for your order status or tracking information.
- If your order number
shows that your package was delivered months ago, relax. Our in house
accounting system overlapped the shopping cart order numbers, resulting
in some interesting results. Your order will show up as
soon as it has been shipped.
Most orders are shipped
the same day we receive them. Orders received after 2:30 PM EST are shipped
the following business day. Please allow us at least 48 hours to ship
in stock merchandise.
 All
Orders are shipped via UPS ground unless specified otherwised
during ordering.
- Items which are
not in stock at time of your order will typically be back in stock within
3-5 business days. Backordered items are shipped when we receive them.
- Please allow 7-14
days to receive your order (depending on where you live in the US).
- Click on the map
to determine how many "Days away" you are from our Louisville,
Kentucky shipping center.
- You will not
be billed until the item you have ordered is secured from the supplier.
